Why Can't I See Connectors in Foxit Workspace on the Web?

Short answer

Connectors are only available in the Foxit Workspace desktop app, not the web version. If you open Workspace Settings > Connectors in your browser, you'll see a message telling you to open the desktop app instead -- that's expected behavior, not an error.

Under Workspace Settings > Connectors, the page shows an illustration and the message "Connectors are only available in the desktop app," with a button to open Workspace Desktop. No connector list or setup options appear on web.

Why is this the case?

Connecting your other apps and tools for the AI Assistant to use is a desktop-only capability in the current release. This is expected behavior, not a bug or a permissions issue with your account.

How do I set up connectors?
  1. Click Open the Desktop App from the web Connectors tab, or open Foxit Workspace Desktop directly.
  2. Go to Workspace Settings > Connectors in the desktop app to add, connect, and manage your connectors -- including the built-in Asana/Atlassian/Fireflies/HubSpot connectors and your own custom MCP connectors.
