Assigning Products/license to users using Admin Console

Explains how administrators can assign product licenses to users using the Foxit Admin Console.

Answer

Please follow the instructions below to assign your users a license in the Admin Console and for them to activate .

You can access Foxit Admin Console and log using your admin email

Assign Products/license to users using Admin Console
  1. Navigate to User ID Management
  2. Click on Invited Users
  3. Use the Invite user's dropdown and click on Invite Users
  4. Type or Copy>Paste your list of users.
  5. Click on Assign License and select the Product(s) you'd like to assign
  6. Optional: Select the number of devices you want to allow those users to activate at once (Changing to two will allow the user to activate this product on two different devices)
  7. Click Send.

Your users will receive an email to accept the invitation and either setup their Foxit Account password or reset it if they don't remember it.




Once they accept the invitation, they will be granted access to the selected product. The user would then download the desired product and activate by signing in

Suppose you have the latest version of Foxit PDF Editor installed on your computer. If not, download it from Foxit official download center.

 

1. Open Foxit PDF Editor, click on Sign in

 

2.Enter your Foxit account that you used to purchase the subscription to sign in.

 

 

3. Choose your organization name like "12345"

 

4. Click on Restart Now to accept the confirmation message " Your account permissions may have changed and a restart of this application is required for the changes to take effect. Please click below to restart now or later." to restart Foxit PDF Editor.
