Troubleshoot Azure AD SSO sts.windows.net Error

Provides troubleshooting steps for the Azure AD SSO login error stating the sts.windows.net page can't be found.

If you encounter the following errors, the problem is caused by a misconfigured identity provider SSO URL . Please check the Identity Provider SSO URL configuration.

How to set the Identity Provider SSO URL

1. Go to Azure AD admin center , select Enterprise applications .

2. Select the application that you added for Foxit Admin console and open it.

3. Select Single sign-on , and then choose choose SAML to check Set up Foxit AC(your application name)

4. Copy the login URL

5. Paste it in the Identity Provider SSO URL

Maybe you just mistakenly set the value of the IDP URL to the IDP ID. So swap the values of IDP ID and IDP URL. Note that, the one with saml2 is the URL value.
