I purchased a single license for the Foxit PDF Editor or Foxit PDF Editor+ subscription plan, and the license is automatically linked to my account. How can I assign the license to another user?
Please refer to the steps below based on the plan you purchased to transfer the license:
Steps for Foxit PDF Editor or Foxit PDF Editor+ (without Admin Console subscription plan):
1.Log in to the Foxit website using your Foxit account linked to the "Bill To" email for online order or the "Ship To" email for offline order (e.g., those placed through Foxit sales team, reseller, or distributor).
2.Once logged in, click on your profile initials located at the top right of the page. From the drop-down menu, select Plans & Products. Under the Plans & Products section, navigate to My Subscriptions, then click on either Online Subscriptions or Offline Subscriptions to locate your subscription plan, as illustrated in the screenshot below.
3. After locating your subscription plan, click the Manage button to enter the Manage User interface. Then, click the Deactivate button for the subscription owner to deactivate the license from the owner.
4. Click the Add User option to open the Add User dialog box. In the Role field, select Member, then enter the email address of the user you want to assign the license to. Finally, click the Add button.
The user will receive an email from us about being added to the organization. The user can activate the Foxit PDF Editor or Foxit PDF Editor+ (without Admin console) subscription by following the steps in the email.

Steps for Foxit PDF Editor or Foxit PDF Editor+ (with Admin Console subscription plan):
1.Log in to the Foxit Admin Console platform using the super admin account. By default, the super admin account corresponds to the "Bill To" email from an online order or the "Ship To" email from an offline order (e.g., orders placed through the Foxit sales team, reseller, or distributor).
2. Navigate to License Management, locate the super admin user, and select Remove License to remove the Foxit PDF Editor or Foxit PDF Editor+ license from the super admin account.
3. Go to User ID Management > Users > Invite Users to open the "Invite Users" dialog box. Enter the email address for the new Foxit account you'd like to invite, check the option Assign License, and select the Foxit PDF Editor or Foxit PDF Editor+ product under the license. Then click the Send button to send the invitation.
4. The invited user will receive an invitation email, as shown below. The user needs to click Click here to join now in the email to accept the invitation.
5. Once the invited user accepts the invitation, they can use their own Foxit account to activate the associated products included in the Foxit PDF Editor or Foxit PDF Editor+ subscription plan.
