This release enhances Foxit eSign with improved Excel Bulk Fill capabilities, introduces the new Foxit App Installer button for simplified application setup and enhances API functionality for sending to multiple email groups.
1. Excel Bulk Fill Enhancement for Same Name Fields
This enhancement ensures that when using bulk send with templates, if multiple fields share the same name, the value uploaded via an Excel file will populate all fields with that name, streamlining the process and reducing manual input.
2. Two Email Groups in Template
This enhancement enables users to send two email groups using templates, enhancing bulk-sending capabilities when only one person is required to sign.
3. Foxit App Installer Button on the eSign Theme.
In this update, we have enhanced the eSign theme by integrating a new Foxit App Installer button. This addition allows users to conveniently access other authorized Foxit applications directly from within the eSign application.
4. Department-Specific Reminder and Expiration Settings
Enhancements have been made to department settings to include options for reminders and expiration. Now, settings related to reminders and expiration are available at the department level, ensuring that these values work according to department settings rather than company-wide settings.
5. Utilization of a Single Payment Field via API and Text Tag
The Single payment field has been successfully implemented in the API and text tag. Users can now properly use it through these tags.

6. New Release Notes Option Under My Profile Tab
A new "Release Notes" option has been added under the "My Profile" tab, redirecting users to the Foxit eSign release notes page.
7. Improved Email Delivery Status Handling
Updates to the Email Delivery Status Webhook ensure proper handling of event statuses, including for documents with incorrect email domains. Now supports deferred, bounce, and dropped statuses uniformly.

Need a document notarized? We have partnered with NotaryLive to give Foxit users the ability to connect with a notary through the eSign application. Any user on any eSign plan has access to this integration!
Bug fixes address issues such as visibility problems with the Next Required Field button and consistency issues with trial account days across platforms.
1. Resolution of Location Question Mark Issue in Signature Certificates
Resolved an issue where users were seeing a question mark in the location section of the signature certificate. With this fix, the location in the signature certificate should display accurately without any question marks.
2. Restricted Login for Setup Admin Role
This enhancement enforces a login restriction for users with the Setup Admin Role, limiting access to only the Foxit eSign or Admin Console web applications. This measure enhances security and ensures appropriate access control for administrative tasks.
3. Update on Apply Template Fields Functionality
The Apply Template Fields option has been fixed and improved on the document prepare page. Users can now expect seamless functionality when utilizing this feature.
4. Department Addition Error with Special Characters
This update resolves an issue where users encountered errors when attempting to add departments containing special characters like double quotes (").
