Explains password management settings and options for Foxit eSign user accounts.

Change Password

If you need to change your current password, you may follow the steps below:

  1. Go to https://www.foxit.com/account/profile and log in with your current username and password



  2. Enter the current password into the field labeled Old Password
  3. Enter the new password into the Password field & again into the Confirm Password
  4. Click Save in the tab that will appear at the bottom of your browser

 

Reset Password
  1. Go to the Foxit eSign login page
  2. Click Forgot Password
  3. Enter your Email Address registered for the account
  4. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to Reset your password

 

Secure your account with a very strong password. Every Foxit Account's Password must contain the following:
    1. At least 8 characters, and no more than 32 characters.
    2. At least 3 of the following:
      1. Lowercase letters (a-z)
      2. Uppercase letters (A-Z)
      3. Special Character
      4. Number (0-9)
