How to Whitelist Foxit Email Domains to Ensure Reliable Delivery

Answer

Purpose

Provide Foxit customers and their IT administrators with a single, authoritative reference for whitelisting Foxit's sending domains and IP addresses, so transactional emails (activation, password reset, license, subscription, and product notifications) are not filtered by consumer mailboxes or corporate email gateways.

Audience
  • End users on Gmail, Outlook.com / Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, iCloud / Apple Mail, or Comcast / Xfinity
  • IT administrators managing Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or third-party secure email gateways (Mimecast, Proofpoint, Barracuda, Cisco IronPort)
When to Use
  • A customer reports missing or delayed Foxit emails — share this KB link in the support reply
  • Proactive onboarding communication for new enterprise / education accounts
  • Referenced from in-product "Didn't receive the email?" prompts, help center articles, and email footers

1. Overview

Foxit sends transactional and product notification emails for:

  • License activations
  • Account verifications
  • Password resets
  • Order and subscription updates
  • Product notifications and announcements

Some email providers, corporate mail gateways, or spam filters may occasionally delay, quarantine, or block these messages. To guarantee reliable delivery, add Foxit's sending domains and IP addresses to your email whitelist / safe senders / allow list.

2. Symptoms

Users may experience one or more of the following:

  • Activation, verification, or password reset emails not received
  • Foxit emails routed to Junk / Spam / Quarantine
  • Delayed delivery of notification emails
  • Bounce messages from corporate mail gateways (Mimecast, Proofpoint, Barracuda, Cisco IronPort, etc.)
