1.Open the PDF file to which you want to add the XML file.
2.Go to the "File" tab, then select "Properties" > "Descriptions" > "Additional Metadata" to open the "Additional Metadata" dialog box.
3.Click on the "Append" button to open the file selection dialog box. Navigate to and select the XML file you want to attach.
4.Click on the "Save" button in the "Additional Metadata" dialog box to save the settings.
