You can update the billing address associated with your Foxit Account at any time. The updated billing address will be applied to eligible future purchases, renewals, and subscription-related transactions.
Please note that updating your billing address does not modify billing information on previously issued invoices.
Option 1:Update Your Billing Address During Purchase or Renewal
When making a purchase or renewing a subscription, you can update your billing address directly on the checkout page:
1.On the checkout page, locate the Billing Address section.
2. Click Edit next to the current billing address.
3. Enter your updated billing information.
4. Click Confirm to save the changes and continue with your order.
Option 2: Update Your Billing Address in Billing Address Management
You can also manage your billing address through your Foxit Account:
1.Sign in to your Foxit Account.
2. Navigate to Billing Address Management.
3. Update your billing information as needed.
4. Save your changes.
The updated address will be used for eligible future transactions associated with your account.
Important Notes
1.Each Foxit Account supports one billing address only. Any billing address changes will apply to all future transactions associated with that account, including:
- New subscriptions
- Subscription renewals including annual‑paid‑monthly subscriptions
- Subscription upgrades
- Subscription plan changes
2. Updating your billing address does not modify billing information on invoices that have already been issued.
3. Taxes are calculated based on the billing address associated with your account at the time of purchase or renewal. Updating your billing address may change the taxes applied to future transactions.
4. This change does not apply to offline orders or channel partner orders from Sales.
5. This change does not apply to payments made through PayPal. Please log in to your PayPal account directly to update your billing address.
