How to translate the document or text using AI Assistant

Translate Text
If you want to translate Text from a specific paragraph in Foxit Editor, Foxit Reader or Foxit Editor cloud you can follow these steps:

  1. Open the PDF file you want to Translate
  2. Go to the "AI Assistant" tab. This will open the AI Assistant panel on the right corner of the application.
  3. Type Translate text in the chat box labeled "Ask me anything or /to enter PDF commands"
  4. Select the language you want to translate to
  5. Go to "Home" > "Select" > "Select Text and Image".
  6. Use the tool to select all the text in the paragraph you want to translate
  7. In the AI Assistant panel, click on the > button to begin the text translation.

Translate Document

If you want to translate an entire document in Foxit Editor, Foxit Reader or Foxit Editor cloud you can follow these steps:

  1. Open the PDF file you want to Translate
  2. Go to the "AI Assistant" tab. This will open the AI Assistant panel on the right corner of the application.
  3. Type Translate Document in the chat box labeled "Ask me anything or /to enter PDF commands"
  4. Select the language you want to translate the document to in this panel
  5. Document will be translated
  6. Select Preview to view translated document
  7. In the preview please select download to download the translated version of the PDF.
