How to set Foxit PDF Reader for MAC as Default PDF Reader

Answer

To set Foxit PDF Reader for MAC as the new default on Mac OSX,please do the followings:

1:Go to the Mac’s Finder,please single click on any of the PDF files to make it to be selected.

2:Click on the File menu and select Get Info to bring up the xxx.pdf Info dialog box.

3:Expand Open with: by clicking on the triangle to the left.

 

4:Select the Open with menu, then choose Foxit to open all documents like that one,and then click the Change All… button.You’ll get a dialogue box asking you to confirm your choice. Click Continue.

5:Close the Get Info window.
