If you want to self-sign a PDF file within Foxit eSign, here are the steps to follow:
When you access the Foxit eSign from the Foxit PDF Editor application:
1.Open the Foxit PDF Editor.
2.Click on the "Foxit eSign" tab.
3.Choose the 'Signature' option to add your signature.
4.Click on 'Apply All Signatures' to apply the newly added signature to the PDF file.
When you access Foxit eSign from the online portal.
1.Click on the "Update File" button located in the "Send or Sign document" section.
2.Upload the PDF file that you want to sign.
3.After the file is uploaded, you will enter the "Document Sending Flow". Here, check the "I'm the only signer" option.
4.A 'Self Sign' button will appear. Click on this button.
5.Select your signature from the options on the left side and drag it to the desired location on the document. Click on "Finish" ,and check the check button in the confirm signature dialog box, then "Confirm".
6. If you need to download the signed PDF,please further click on 'More Actions'> 'Download PDF'. Your signed PDF will be downloaded to your device
