How to purchase additional subscription?

If you need to expand your Foxit subscription to include more licenses, follow these steps to purchase additional subscriptions directly from your account dashboard.

Accessing Your Account

  1. Go to Foxit Homepage.
  2. Log in using your Foxit credentials.

Navigating to Subscription Management

  1. Once logged in, navigate to Plans & Products > My Subscriptions > Online Subscriptions

Note: You cannot purchase an additional license on the portal for "Offline subscription". Please contact your sales representative or reseller to purchase an additional license.

2. Locate the subscription you want to expand.

Purchasing Additional Licenses

  1. Click on “Purchase Additional Subscription”.
  2. Enter the number of additional licenses you wish to add.
  3. Click “Confirm”.

The total cost will be automatically calculated based on your current subscription and any applicable exchange rates.

  • If the "Purchase Additional Subscription" option is unavailable, it might be because your plan is an old one. Click "Upgrade" to switch to the latest plan, after which the option will become available.

Note: When purchasing additional licenses, if your payment method is PayPal, after successfully completing the payment for the additional licenses, a prompt will appear: "You are almost there! Please click CONTINUE TO VERIFY and complete the following steps based on the on-screen instructions to update the number of licenses in your plan."

You need to click the "CONTINUE TO VERIFY" button in the prompt. After that, another screen will appear, showing the total number of licenses for the next subscription period, including the newly added licenses and their corresponding cost. You will need to confirm the payment on this screen. Please note that this step is only to provide consent for the payment in the next subscription cycle and does not charge you immediately. Once confirmed, the additional licenses purchased will be included in the subscription renewal for the next cycle. Otherwise, only the licenses from the original subscription, excluding the newly added ones, will be renewed in the next cycle.

If you don’t click the "CONTINUE TO VERIFY" button to confirm, your subscription plan under "My Subscriptions" section will display a "Confirm the Plan Updates" button instead of "Auto-renewal" or "Purchase Additional Licenses." Please click "Confirm the Plan Updates" to complete the process, and the additional licenses will be included in the next subscription renewal if you need all licenses updated for the next cycle.
