How to Disable the Pop-Up Toolbar When Selecting Text?

Answer

By default, when you select text in a PDF file, a floating toolbar is displayed above the selected text.

If you prefer not to have this pop-up toolbar appear, you can disable it by following these steps:
For Individual Users:
1.Go to File > Preferences > General.
2.Uncheck the option "Show floating bar when selecting text". Click OK to save the setting.

For Bulk Configuration Across All Users:
Export the following registry key and distribute it to all users to apply the setting:
Registry Path:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Foxit Software\Foxit PDF Editor\Continuous\Preferences\General
To disable the toolbar: bShowFloatbar=0
To enable the toolbar: bShowFloatbar=1

Note: This option is only available starting from V2025.2, V14.0, and later versions.
