How to delete your Admin Console (dissolve the company)?

Explains how to delete a Foxit Admin Console account.

Answer

If your Admin Console has expired, and you don't want to use it any more, you can follow the steps below to delete it.

  1. Log in to the Admin Console, click on the profile icon in the upper right corner, select My Profile, go to Privacy and Security, and you can delete the Admin Console in the Dissolve company settings.
  2. Please read the risks of dissolving the company, and if you confirm that you want to delete the Admin Console, please check the checkbox below, wait for 15 seconds, and then click the Dissolve button.
  3. Enter your email account in the pop-up prompt box, then enter the received verification code to proceed.
  4. After that, your Admin Console will be deleted completely, and then you will receive an email informing you that your personal data has been deleted.
