In order to create a Signature Appearance Style, navigate to your Foxit PDF Editor> Protect> Sign & Certify> Place Signature. Draw a signature field on the document
In the Sign Document window, click the "Create" button:
You can change the appearance of the signature that will be placed on each document. You can also change the logo on the signature.
Once that is created, you will find the style and logo files in the path: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Foxit Software\Foxit PDF Editor\Signature to obtain style.foxitdata file and FoxitCustomLogo.pdf file
If you want to push it out to all users in your organization, you can place those files in the corresponding path for each user.
They can then navigate to their PDF Editor software and Protect> Place a Signature> Appearance Type> select the imported appearance type:
