If you no longer wish to continue your Foxit PDF Editor subscription, you can cancel it at any time through your Foxit account. Follow the steps below to turn off auto-renewal and avoid future charges.
Steps to Cancel Your Subscription Auto-Renewal
- Log in to your Foxit account at https://www.foxit.com.
- Once logged in, click on your profile initials located at the top of the page. From the drop-down menu,click on Plans and Products and select My Subscriptions.
- Locate your active subscription plan and click the Auto-renewal Button.
- Choose a reason for cancellation and click Cancel Auto-renewal to confirm.
Once completed, the auto-renewal for your subscription will be disabled.
Important Notes
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Your next scheduled payment will be canceled.
- If you are on an annual subscription billed monthly, turning off auto-renewal will only stop the next annual cycle. You will continue to be billed monthly until the end of your current annual term.
- This process in only applicable for online orders purchased from the web store.
Reactivating Auto-Renewal
If you change your mind and wish to re-enable auto-renewal, simply return to your subscription settings and click the Auto-renewal Button.
