How do I delete a shared template?

Explains how to delete a shared document template in Foxit eSign.

Answer

This article explains how to delete the sharing template in the Foxit Sign online platform.

Tip: Many users may report that they are not able to delete templates. Note that for sharing templates, it is not allowed to delete them only if removing the template from the corresponding template library successfully.

1.The sharing template has a remark, as shown in the following picture.

2. Click Template Library.

3. Click X to remove the template from the library.

4. Back to Templates , the template's sharing remark disappeared.

5. Click to delete this template.
