Open Workspace Settings > General to set your display name and primary role, choose a theme and interface language, and control how PDF citations open when you click one in AI Chat.

Section What it controls
Profile "What would you like us to call you?" (your display name) and "Which role best matches your primary use case?" (a dropdown, unset by default).
Appearance and language Theme (Colorful is the default) and Language for the interface (English is the default).
PDF highlight Citations in PDFs -- controls how a citation link in AI Chat opens; the default is "Open in PDF viewer."
