Situation
We're experiencing a situation where an organization under our account is sending out FoxIt eSign documents. The invitation emails we send from eSign include our organization name on the eSign document, which is causing confusion for the recipients. How can we resolve this?
Solution
The situation you're experiencing is because the Foxit eSign email template includes smart values that automatically populate with your organization's name. You can resolve this by changing the email template as follows:
1.Log into your Foxit eSign account using your admin account at https://foxitesign.foxit.com.
2.Navigate to 'Settings', then 'Email Templates', and select 'All Invitation Email Templates'. Here, you'll see a default "Invitation Email" template listed under the 'Template Name' section. Double-click this template to edit it.
3. In the beginning part of the email content of this template, you'll see: 'From: ${sender_company} (${sender_email})'. Remove the '${sender_company}' part so it reads: 'From: ${sender_email}'.

4.Click the 'Save' button to save your changes. The next time you send a document to others, the invitation email will no longer include your organization name. This should help reduce any confusion for the recipients.
