How will we protect customers’ documents and data when they use AI features- Foxit AI Assistant development adheres to the secure OWASP framework, undergoing anti-virus, penetration, and vulnerability tests pre-release. It uses Azure OpenAI service, which has its own security standards. All web APIs, including those to Foxit AI Assistant and Azure OpenAI, use HTTPS for secure data transmission. Our databases (User Business Data/Vector Store) are firewall-protected and internally accessed. User inputs, outputs, and document content aren't permanently stored. For performance, inputs and outputs may be stored for up to 30 minutes and document content for up to 48 hours before deletion. The Azure OpenAI service used by the AI Assistant has its own security standards.
