Esign plugin for perpetual licensed version of Foxit PDF Editor for windows

If you are using the perpetual licensed version of Foxit PDF Editor V13 or newer and have also purchased a Foxit eSign license, Foxit has begun providing the Foxit eSign plugin from version V13.1.2 onwards. This allows you to activate the Foxit eSign plugin directly within the perpetual licensed version of Foxit PDF Editor, granting you the ability to access and use Foxit eSign features.

Note: Starting from Foxit PDF Editor V2025.2 and V14.0, both 32-bit and 64-bit versions are available. Please download the plugin that matches your software's bit version. "x64" refers to the 64-bit installation package, while "x86" refers to the 32-bit installation package.

Here are the specific steps:

1.Download the corresponding version of the Foxit eSign Plugin from this knowledge base article and install it on the device that has the perpetual licensed version of Foxit PDF Editor. You can either double-click to install this plugin directly or use the following command line to do so.

For individual users:

Simply double-click on the downloaded eSign.msi package, then follow the setup wizard.

For enterprise IT admins:

Please follow the instructions of your batch install application. (Examples include Ivanti, SCCM, Intune, etc.).

For instance, use the following command in Intune or the Windows command line for deploying the plugin:

msiexec /i "C:\path\eSignsetup.msi" /quiet /qn /norestart

2.Log into your Foxit PDF Editor (perpetual license version) with your Foxit eSign licensed account to activate the Foxit eSign plugin.
3.Access the Foxit eSign tab in Foxit PDF Editor to Sign document.
