Disable Check out and Open prompt box

Explains how to disable the check-out and open prompt box that appears when opening documents from a document management system in Foxit PDF Editor.

Answer

When you open PDF’s from a SharePoint site, you are being displayed a file OPEN confirmation box asking you how you want to open the document. You would like to set a default open way and don’t want to answer this question again.

To get rid of this prompt box, go to File > Preferences inside the application, locate ECM Integration, and choose a way to Open only or Check out and Open. Click on OK to apply the change.
