Deploy Custom Stamps with Foxit PDF Editor

Explains how enterprise administrators can deploy custom stamps to end users in Foxit PDF Editor.

Answer

Foxit Customization Wizard too l can help the IT team prepare the deployment package with the customized stamps.

Below are the steps:

1. Download the MSI installation package of the Foxit PDF Editor, and download the corresponding Foxit Customization Wizard.(FCW)

2. Open the FCW and open the MSI. Navigate to "Files and Folders". Under the "AppDataFolder/Foxit Software", create the new folders:

For v13 and later, create "Classic\Foxit PDF Editor\Stamps\UserStamps",

For v2023 and later, create "Continuous\Foxit PDF Editor\Stamps\UserStamps"

Then, add the pre-defined stamp file to the folder. See the screenshot below:

3. Add other customizations via FCW if needed. Then save it to a MST file and a cab file;

4. Deploy the MSI with the MST and cab file.
