Bulk Documents Download

Explains how to download multiple documents in bulk from Foxit eSign.

Answer

The Bulk Document Download feature allows users to securely download multiple executed documents at once. Instead of downloading each file individually, users can now request a bulk download and receive a ZIP file via email containing all searched or selected documents.

Note: This on-demand feature is currently supported for US region users only and will be rolled out to other regions soon. Please contact the Foxit Support Team for enablement.

Steps to Download Documents in Bulk

Step 1: Go to the Document Page

  • Log in to your Foxit eSign account.
  • Navigate to the Document page from the left-hand menu.

(Refer to the screenshot below for guidance — the Bulk Download option is visible at the top-right corner of the Document list.)

Step 2: Filter Executed Documents

  • You can directly select documents with the Executed status from the list.
  • Alternatively, use the Advanced Search option to find only executed documents.
  • Only executed documents are eligible for bulk download.

Step 3: Enable Bulk Download

  • Once executed documents are selected, the Bulk Download button becomes active.
  • You can choose to:
    • Download all search results, orselect specific executed documents for download.

Step 4: Submit Bulk Download Request

  • Click on the Bulk Download button.
  • A confirmation message will appear stating:

“You have successfully submitted the request for bulk download.”

  • The system will begin preparing your ZIP file.

Step 5: Receive Email with Download Link

  • After processing, you’ll receive an email notification containing your secure download link.
  • The link provides access to your password-protected ZIP file.
  • The link will remain valid for 7 days. After that, it will automatically expire for security reasons.

Important Notes

  • Only executed documents are available for bulk download.
  • The ZIP file is password-protected to ensure data security.
  • The download link expires after 7 days.
  • If you don't get the email, could you check your Spam/Junk folder?
