Assign or Remove Super Admin Licenses in Foxit

Provides troubleshooting steps for license counts not changing by exactly one when assigning or removing a license from a super admin in Foxit Admin Console.

Answer

Problem:

Every time a super admin authorization is assigned or removed, the number of licenses is always two. It can be seen in the license manage that two licenses are assigned to a super admin. Looking in the content log, both the assign and remove actions have two records each.

Reason:

The super admin has 2 orders, which caused this issue. This is the same issue previously experienced with super admin occupation, only now it can be removed. So, each operation by him involves 2 licenses.

Resolve:

When assigning licenses, you need to select the license from a specific order.

When assigning, click on the three dots at the top right corner of the product to expand.

Choose "Customize the assigned license" to assign a more specific license.
