Add Foxit PDF Editor to Power Automate Desktop

Explains how to add Foxit PDF Editor or Reader actions to a desktop flow built with Microsoft Power Automate for Desktop.

Answer

As a Windows application, Foxit PDF Editor/Reader can be added to the Desktop Flow created by Microsoft Power Automate for Desktop. The steps are below.

1. Download and log in to Microsoft Power Automate for Desktop;

2. Open or create a new flow;

3. Under "Actions," search for Run application;

4. Put the Foxit Editor/Reader's application path such as "C:\Program Files (x86)\Foxit Software\Foxit PDF Editor";

5. (Optional) add the command line arguments. More arguments can be found in this article:

6. Edit other options and click "Save";

7. Run the Flow.
