If you've previously tried Foxit PDF Editor Pro V2023 or V2024, Foxit automatically assigns you 5 trial licenses for PDF Editor Suite Pro for Teams 2024, managed through the Foxit Admin console platform. These trial licenses are connected to an organization. Even if the trial licenses have expired, when you log in to Foxit PDF Editor (Pro) with your account, the organization will still appear in the login interface, but in gray to indicate the trial's expiration.
Once you've purchased a license for PDF Editor Suite Pro for Individuals 2024 or PDF Editor Suite for Individuals 2024, please avoid selecting the expired organization name on the login interface of Foxit PDF Editor (Pro) V2023/V2024. Instead, click on the 'Sign in with individual service' option in the login window. This way, Foxit PDF Editor (Pro) will correctly recognize your license and activate the program.
If you no longer want to see the expired organization information on the login interface,please click here to submit a ticket to Foxit Support team remove the expired trial licenses. Once removed, you won't see any organization information when logging in to Foxit PDF Editor (Pro), and you can simply log in to activate the program without selecting the 'Sign in with individual service' option.
